By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Creator Agreement, and Referral Program Terms.

1. Age & Verification
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Allureio. We may require you to provide government-issued identification or other documents for age and identity verification. Submitting false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and reporting to relevant authorities.

2. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, share, or distribute any content that includes:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), sexual exploitation of minors, or content that depicts or promotes under-18 individuals.
  • Non-consensual content, “revenge porn,” hidden recordings, or content published without all participants’ consent.
  • Deepfake or AI-generated content that misrepresents real people without their consent.
  • Bestiality, necrophilia, incest, or extreme sexual violence.
  • Content promoting terrorism, hate speech, or incitement to violence.
  • Sale or promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, or other prohibited goods/services.
  • Misleading, fraudulent, or impersonation content intended to deceive users.
Any prohibited content detected will be removed, and accounts may be suspended or reported to authorities.

3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not engage in conduct that:

  • Attempts to exploit vulnerabilities, bypass security features, or misuse the Platform (including scraping, bots, or unauthorized automation).
  • Encourages or processes payments outside the Platform to avoid fees or oversight.
  • Harasses, threatens, or abuses other users or staff.
  • Attempts to resell, transfer, or lease access to your account.
  • Evades geographic restrictions, tax obligations, or KYC requirements through false data or VPNs.
  • Uses the Platform to launder money, defraud others, or support unlawful activities.

4. Enforcement & Consequences
We reserve the right to:

  • Remove content that violates this Policy without prior notice.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in violations.
  • Freeze or withhold funds linked to fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities, and disclose information where legally required.

5. User Responsibility & Liability
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, share, or sell on the Platform. By submitting content, you represent that it complies with applicable law and does not infringe the rights of any third party. Allureio is not liable for user-generated content but will respond promptly to valid reports or legal notices.
