Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Allureio, operated by 1morethink LLC, a Wyoming (USA) registered company. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and all applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Creator Agreement.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or higher if required by local law) to use Allureio. By using the Platform, you confirm you meet the legal age and eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before posting or receiving payouts.

3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Enable 2FA where possible for additional protection.

4. Creator Accounts
Creators must pass KYC verification to publish content and earn. By becoming a Creator, you agree to the Creator Agreement.

5. Content Ownership
Creators retain ownership of their content but grant Allureio a license to host, display, and distribute it to users under the agreed terms.

6. Prohibited Content
Content involving minors, non-consensual acts, bestiality, extreme violence, impersonation, or other illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Sexual content is allowed but must remain behind a paywall. Political content, extremist or hate speech, and promotion of violence are also prohibited.

7. Content Restrictions
Creators may not post content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy, or breaches applicable laws. Content found in violation may be removed, and accounts may be suspended.

8. Platform Usage
Users may not use the Platform for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities. Attempts to exploit bugs, loopholes, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of funds and permanent bans.

9. Subscriptions
Creators may offer subscription plans (monthly, 3-month, 6-month, yearly) with self-defined pricing. Promotions can be applied by reducing subscription rates with a set end date.

10. Pay-Per-View (PPV) & Tips
Creators can sell individual posts, messages, or streams using PPV pricing, subject to platform limits (e.g., $2–$500). Tipping is allowed within the set platform minimum and maximum values.

11. Wallet & Deposits
Users fund their Wallets using cryptocurrency via NowPayments. The current minimum deposit is $18 and deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be subject to blockchain confirmation times. Any third-party processing fees (including blockchain network fees or payment provider fees) are the responsibility of the user. Additional payment methods may be supported in the future.

12. Deposits Disclaimer
Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of wallet addresses, selected network, and transferred amount. Transactions sent to incorrect or unsupported addresses are irreversible, and the Platform disclaims liability for such losses.

13. Withdrawals
Users may withdraw available Wallet balances, including Creator earnings and referral rewards, in USDT (TRC20). Withdrawals are typically processed within 2–5 business days. A unified processing fee applies to each withdrawal transaction, covering both withdrawal and handling costs. The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion or incorrect user-provided details. It is the user’s sole responsibility to ensure that all withdrawal information provided (including wallet addresses, selected network, or bank account details such as account name and number) is accurate and valid. Transactions sent to incorrect or unsupported details are irreversible, and the Platform disclaims liability for such losses.

14. DAC7 & Tax Information
EU users must provide DAC7 tax information before withdrawals are allowed. If you fail to provide required DAC7 info, withdrawals will be blocked until submission. Non-EU users may be required to provide tax details depending on applicable law.

15. Fees
The Platform may charge fees on certain transactions. At present, a unified processing fee is applied to each withdrawal, covering both withdrawal and handling costs. Any applicable fees will always be disclosed transparently within your Wallet and at checkout.

16. Referral Program
You may earn referral rewards by inviting others to join Allureio under the Referral Terms. Referral rewards are paid from the Platform’s service fees and do not reduce Creator earnings. Each referral can generate up to $5,000 in rewards, capped at 24 months.

17. Affiliate Conduct
Referrals must be genuine. Fraudulent signups, self-referrals, bots, or incentivized traffic are prohibited. Violations may result in forfeiture of referral rewards and account suspension.

18. Payments & Currency
Currently, supported payout method is USDT (TRC20). Additional methods (e.g., fiat gateways, e-wallets) may be added in the future. Currency conversion rates are determined by the payment processor.

19. Refunds
All purchases, including deposits and subscriptions, are non-refundable except as required by law. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.

20. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. You may also request account deletion once pending balances are withdrawn.

21. Service Availability
We aim to maintain 24/7 service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or external network issues may cause temporary downtime.

22. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data.

23. Data Transfers
Your data may be stored internationally. Where applicable, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary safeguards for transfers outside the EU/EEA.

24. Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to your use of the Platform and the content you upload.

25. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim liability for losses due to user error, unsupported networks, downtime, or external providers. The Platform also disclaims responsibility for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from users’ attempts to exploit bugs, loopholes, or unauthorized system behavior.

26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allureio and 1morethink LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Any funds, earnings, or benefits obtained through unauthorized access, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited without compensation.

27. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allureio and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

28. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Creator Agreement, and Referral Program Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Allureio.

30. Governing Language
These Terms are in English. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.

31. Notices
We will communicate with you via the email linked to your account or in-Platform notifications. Users must keep contact information updated.

32. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Platform.
