Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Allureio as a Creator. By becoming a Creator, you agree to comply with this Agreement, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Referral Program Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or higher if required by local laws) to create or use a Creator account. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Account & Verification
Creators must provide accurate information during registration and verification. False, misleading, or incomplete details may result in suspension or termination. The Platform reserves the right to request identity or age verification at any time.

3. Content Ownership & License
Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By posting, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the operation of the Platform. Content must not infringe third-party rights.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
You may not post or share:
- Content involving minors or anyone under 18.
- Non-consensual, violent, hateful, or illegal material.
- Bestiality, deepfakes, impersonation, or deceptive practices.
- Content that encourages bypassing the Platform or off-platform payments.
- Exploiting bugs, system loopholes, or fraudulent methods to gain advantage.
Violations may result in suspension, permanent ban, and legal action.

5. Wallet & Deposits
Users fund their Wallets using cryptocurrency via NowPayments. The current minimum deposit is $18 and deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be subject to blockchain confirmation times.
Any third-party processing fees (including blockchain network fees or payment provider fees) are the responsibility of the user.
Additional payment methods may be supported in the future.

6. Withdrawals & Processing Fees
Creators and Referrals may withdraw available balances from their Wallets once the minimum threshold is met. Withdrawals are subject to a processing fee, which will be disclosed transparently before each transaction.
Currently, no platform fees apply to subscriptions, tips, or PPV transactions.
Deposit-related blockchain or payment network fees are the responsibility of the user, and deposits are non-refundable.
Providing an incorrect wallet address, bank account details, or payment network may result in permanent loss of funds, for which the Platform is not responsible.

7. Taxes & Compliance
Creators are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes. DAC7 reporting requirements apply to EU users only, and additional tax details may be requested where required by local laws. Non-compliance may restrict withdrawals.

8. Earnings & Payouts
Creators may earn from subscriptions, tips, PPV content, and referrals as applicable. All earnings are credited to your Wallet. Processing times for withdrawals are typically 2–5 business days, but delays may occur due to blockchain congestion or compliance checks.

9. Privacy & Data
The Platform may process account and transactional information for fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Platform Rights
The Platform may remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access at its discretion if policies are violated. The Platform also reserves the right to update features, fees, or services with notice.

11. Creator Responsibilities
Creators are responsible for all content they upload and interactions with users. You must not engage in harassment, exploitation, or any conduct that harms users or the Platform community.

12. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is not liable for losses, disputes, chargebacks, or damages arising from use of the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid to the Platform in the past 6 months.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use, content, or violations of these Terms.

14. Termination
The Platform may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations or risk concerns. You may terminate your account by contacting support, but outstanding obligations (including fees or disputes) will remain enforceable.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
