Referral Terms

These Referral Program Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Allureio Referral Program, operated by Allureio by 1morethink LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. By participating, you agree to these Terms in addition to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Creator Agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and hold a valid Allureio account in good standing. The Platform may approve, limit, or deny participation at its sole discretion.

2. Referral Rewards

You earn a 15% commission on the net earnings of each Creator you refer (including subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view content). Rewards accrue for up to 24 months from the referred Creator’s registration date and are capped at USD 5,000 per referral. Commissions are calculated on amounts successfully paid and cleared, excluding refunds, chargebacks, and applicable taxes. Standard platform processing fees apply at the time of payout.

Referral rewards and accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or assigned.

3. Wallet and Withdrawals

Referral commissions are credited to the same Allureio Wallet as your Creator earnings. Payouts are currently processed in USDT (TRC20) and are typically completed within 2–5 business days after request.

You are solely responsible for providing a correct wallet address and network. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; the Platform is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect addresses, wrong networks, or user error.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited: self-referrals; duplicate, fake, or fraudulent accounts; operating multiple accounts or colluding with others to artificially generate referral rewards; bots, scripts, or automated sign-ups; misleading advertising, spam, unauthorized brand use, or use of referral links in paid search or unauthorized ad networks; incentivized sign-ups that violate Platform rules; encouraging off-Platform payments or attempts to bypass the Platform; exploiting or attempting to exploit bugs, loopholes, or system vulnerabilities to gain undue rewards or benefits. Violations may result in forfeiture of rewards, account suspension, or termination.

5. Adjustments and Enforcement

The Platform may audit accounts, reverse invalid or fraudulent referrals, adjust balances, place temporary holds, and withhold payouts while investigations are conducted. If abuse, fraud, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities is suspected, the Platform may revoke rewards, recover previously paid commissions, freeze or terminate accounts, and pursue legal remedies. The Platform may retroactively adjust up to 24 months of prior transactions. Referral commissions previously credited may be reversed in the event of refunds, chargebacks, or suspected abuse. The Platform’s right to audit, adjust, and recover rewards survives termination of the Program. All decisions regarding eligibility and enforcement are final and binding.

6. Taxes

Referral rewards constitute taxable income. You are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. DAC7 compliance applies to EU participants and must be completed before withdrawals are enabled where required. Non-EU participants may also be asked to provide tax details if required by law or payment partners. Withdrawals may be blocked until required tax information is provided.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

The Platform is not liable for losses, disputes, chargebacks, or damages arising from referral activities. Off-Platform payments are strictly prohibited and not covered by the Program. Participation is at your own risk.

8. Termination and Amendments

The Platform may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. No entitlement is created to any specific commission rate, duration, or structure; the Program is discretionary and may be modified or withdrawn at the Platform’s sole discretion. Updated Terms will be posted on the site. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Wyoming, USA.
