Last updated: 2025-09-20

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how Allureio, operated by 1morethink LLC, a Wyoming (USA) registered company, collects, uses, and safeguards your data when you use the Platform. By accessing or using Allureio, you agree to this Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: username, email address, date of birth, and password.
  • Identity Verification: documents and information submitted for KYC compliance.
  • Financial Information: wallet addresses, payment details, tax information (including DAC7 where applicable).
  • Usage Information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and interactions.
  • Content Information: media files you upload or share on the Platform.
  • Communications: customer support inquiries, reports of content, and related correspondence may be stored for service and compliance purposes.

Identity Verification & Tax Compliance
To comply with financial regulations and ensure secure payouts, we may collect additional information such as government-issued identification, proof of address, and tax details (e.g., DAC7 forms for EU residents). These requirements vary by jurisdiction — for example, DAC7 applies only to users based in the European Union, while other regions may be subject to different local or partner requirements. This information is used solely for compliance and payout purposes, is processed securely, and is never shared for marketing. We do not use your identity or tax information for advertising or unrelated purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data for:

  • Providing and operating the Platform.
  • Processing payments, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Verifying identity and ensuring compliance with laws (including DAC7 reporting obligations for EU users).
  • Protecting against fraud, abuse, or prohibited conduct.
  • Recording IP addresses for security, fraud prevention, compliance checks, and to enforce geographic restrictions where required by law.
  • Communicating with you about your account, security, and updates.
  • Improving and personalizing your Platform experience.

3. Third-Party Services
We may share limited information with trusted third parties who enable Platform operations, including:

  • Payment processors (for handling cryptocurrency deposits and transactions).
  • Content delivery and security providers (for caching, performance optimization, and protection against DDoS attacks).
  • Real-time communication providers (for chat, notifications, and live updates).
  • Media hosting and streaming providers (for storing, processing, and delivering media content).
  • Email service providers (for account notifications and support-related emails).
  • KYC verification is conducted internally by our compliance team. Submitted documents are reviewed securely for identity verification and fraud prevention, and are not shared with external providers unless required by law.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers (for secure storage and Platform performance).
These third parties process your data only as necessary to provide their services in compliance with our agreements and applicable law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
When funding your Wallet or requesting withdrawals, you must ensure all details (including wallet address, selected network, or bank account details such as account name and number) are accurate and valid. Transactions sent to incorrect or unsupported details are irreversible, and the Platform disclaims liability for such losses. Funds sent incorrectly cannot be recovered by the Platform.

Deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times and any third-party fees (e.g., blockchain network or payment provider fees) are your responsibility. Withdrawals are subject to a unified processing fee per transaction, covering both withdrawal and handling costs.

5. Data Sharing & Compliance
We may disclose your information:

  • To comply with legal obligations (e.g., DAC7 tax reporting for EU users).
  • To enforce our Acceptable Use Policy and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Allureio, our users, or the public.

6. International Data Transfers
Your data may be stored or processed internationally. Where applicable, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary safeguards for transfers outside the EU/EEA.

7. Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes.

8. User Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise these rights, please contact us at legal@allureio.com.

9. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience, analyze traffic, and secure the Platform. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function properly.

10. Analytics & Tracking Tools
We use third-party analytics and tracking services, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, to understand usage patterns, measure performance, and improve the Platform. These services may collect information such as your IP address, device identifiers, and browsing activity through cookies or similar technologies. Data may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside your country, including the United States. These tools do not give us access to your private messages or account content. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the opt-out browser add-on, and you may manage your advertising cookie preferences through your browser or device settings.

11. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption, access controls, secure servers, and regular monitoring for vulnerabilities. While we take these precautions seriously and continuously work to safeguard your data, no system is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all potential threats, but we are committed to responding promptly to and mitigating any security incidents that may arise.

12. Prohibited Content
The Platform does not knowingly collect, process, or permit storage of illegal or prohibited content, including content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or other restricted material as outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy. Any detected prohibited content will be removed and reported where required by law.
