Q: Who can join Allureio?
A: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
Q: How do I become a Creator?
A: Simply sign up and switch to a Creator account from your dashboard. You will need to set up your profile and subscription pricing before posting content.
Q: Can I post content immediately after signing up?
A: Yes, you can create your first post right after registration. However, your first post will be reviewed for approval before it becomes visible. Further posts will only be unrestricted once the first one is approved. Please note that KYC verification is required before you can request withdrawals.
Q: Where do I submit KYC documents?
A: You can upload your identity documents through More → Settings → Verify. Verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
Q: Do I need to provide tax information?
A: Only if required in your jurisdiction. For EU users, DAC7 details must be submitted before withdrawals can be made. This requirement does not apply outside the EU.
Posting & Content
Q: What types of content can I post?
A: You can post photos, videos, audio, text, paid posts, and live streams within the platform’s supported formats.
Q: What content is prohibited?
A: Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: under-18 material, non-consensual content, bestiality, deepfakes, impersonation, violent or extremist material, hate speech, political material, and illegal goods or services. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
Q: Can adult content be public?
A: Sensual or artistic nudity may be posted publicly, but explicit sexual content must remain behind a paywall.
Q: Can I create pay-per-view (PPV) posts?
A: Yes. You can create PPV posts and set your own price. Fans must pay to unlock this content. PPV pricing must stay within the published platform limits.
Q: Can I delete or hide posts later?
A: Yes, you can unpublish or delete your own posts. However, content already purchased may remain accessible to those who paid for it before removal.
Q: Can I schedule posts?
A: Yes. You can select a future date and time to publish your post. Scheduling uses the Platform’s server time (UTC).
Q: What are the upload limits?
A: Maximum file size per upload is 100 MB. Supported file types are: png, jpg, jpeg, wav, mp3, ogg, mp4, and mov.
Q: Is live streaming available?
A: Yes. Live streaming is now available. You can start a stream using OBS or other RTMP-compatible broadcasting software, and set access rules (public, subscription-only, or paid access). All live streams must comply with the Platform’s content policies.
Q: Are there any guidelines for live streaming?
A: Yes. When streaming, you must follow all Platform rules and legal requirements. This includes:
- Explicit or adult content must remain behind a paywall and not in public streams.
- No streaming of minors, non-consensual acts, illegal activities, or other prohibited content.
- You are responsible for ensuring your internet connection and broadcasting setup are stable.
- Do not share personal payment information or encourage off-platform payments during streams.
- Violations may result in suspension, bans, or legal action.
Q: What software do I need for live streaming?
A: OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) is recommended. Other RTMP-compatible broadcasting tools may also be used to start and manage live streams.
Messaging & Interaction
Q: Can I send paid messages?
A: Yes. You can set a price for messages or content sent via direct message.
Q: Can I message non-followers?
A: Yes. Direct messages can be sent to any user unless they have blocked you.
Earnings & Payments
Q: What subscription plans are available?
A: You can offer 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month subscriptions. You may also run limited-time promotions.
Q: How do deposits work?
A: Users can deposit funds via cryptocurrency using NowPayments. The current minimum deposit is $18. Deposits are non-refundable and subject to blockchain confirmation times. Any network or provider fees are the responsibility of the user.
Q: How do withdrawals work?
A: Creators and Referrals can withdraw their Wallet balance once the $50 minimum threshold is met. Withdrawals are processed in USDT (TRC20) and typically take 2–5 business days, consistent with industry standards. Timing may vary depending on compliance review, blockchain confirmations, or payment provider processing. You must ensure wallet addresses and network details are correct. The Platform is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information.
Q: Are there fees?
A: Withdrawals are subject to a processing fee, disclosed before each transaction. Currently, no platform fees apply to subscriptions, tips, or PPV transactions. Deposits may incur blockchain or third-party processing fees, which are the responsibility of the user.
Q: Are deposits refundable?
A: No. All deposits are final and non-refundable. Chargebacks or disputes may result in withheld or reversed earnings.
Q: What are the transaction limits?
A: Deposits: $18–$500 per transaction.
Tips: $2–$500.
Pay-per-view: $2–$500.
Withdrawals: $50–$500 per transaction.
Privacy & Security
Q: Is my profile visible on search engines?
A: By default, profiles are not indexed by search engines. If you make your profile public, your username and profile may be discoverable.
Q: Can I block users or countries?
A: You can block specific users. Country blocking is not yet supported but may be added later.
Q: Do you support two-factor authentication (2FA)?
A: Yes. You can enable 2FA for added account protection. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and devices.
Compliance & Reporting
Q: How can I report content or users?
A: You can use the in-platform report function to flag violations, or submit a complaint via our Contact page.
Q: How do you handle DMCA complaints?
A: We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your rights have been infringed, please submit a DMCA notice.
Q: What happens if I fail to provide DAC7 information?
A: For EU Creators, withdrawals will be blocked until DAC7 tax details are completed. This requirement does not apply outside the EU.
Q: Does the Platform audit accounts?
A: Yes. The Platform reserves the right to audit accounts at any time to detect fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
